Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align MPS with forecasts and capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust the MPS to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage scheduling parameters and data.
• Analyze production performance and identify opportunities for scheduling process improvements.
• Create and distribute various scheduling reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various departments.
• Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.
