Job Summary:


We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to support a complex AEM project, which involves migrating from an existing CMS to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and integrating multiple systems. The BA will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project, managing requirements gathering, process mapping, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document functional and non-functional specifications for AEM migration and system integration.
• Work closely with the AEM development team to map business needs to AEM features and integrations.
• Lead user stories creation, prioritization, and refinement in collaboration with the Product Owner and development team.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure that AEM is aligned with business needs and provides optimal user experience.
• Analyse and document current CMS workflows and map them to AEM, identifying opportunities for improvement or gaps in functionality.
• Coordinate system integrations across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange between AEM and other systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, DAM).
• Support the testing team with test cases, user acceptance criteria (UAT), and traceability to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Identify and manage risks and issues related to migration, ensuring they are communicated and mitigated.
• Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer post-migration to ensure the business team can efficiently operate within AEM.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in content management systems (CMS), preferably AEM or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with system integrations and understanding of how AEM can integrate with third-party systems.
• Expertise in gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Knowledge of AEM migration processes, from any CMS to AEM.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to map workflows and identify improvements in the CMS context.
• Knowledge of data migration best practices and integration tools.

Good to Have: .

• Previous experience with AEM Authoring, AEM Sites, and AEM Assets.
• Familiarity with AEM Touch UI and Classic UI for CMS authoring.
• Understanding of content modelling and content structure within AEM.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and UX design principles.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
