As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Project Executive in Greensboro, NC who is ready to lead with impact. What You’ll Do Lead with excellence across all project phases—from financial performance and quality control to safety, scheduling, and risk management Coach the next generation of construction leaders, including project managers, engineers, and superintendents Build strong partnerships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery Drive innovation through continuous improvement initiatives that elevate our standards Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise to win new opportunities You will embody Samet’s Core Values—Service, Quality, Innovation, Trust, and Safety—while fostering collaboration and accountability at every level. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management 10‑12 years of commercial construction experience with a track record of leading successful projects Deep expertise in construction operations, financial oversight, and team leadership Proven ability to build high‑performing teams and develop talent Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills LEED AP or Green Associate certification (preferred) Valid driver’s license About Samet: Samet is a leader in construction and real estate development services headquartered in Greensboro, NC, with a market focus on Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, and Multi‑Family Housing.
