Regional Operations Manager

Warehouse ManagementAssist HR in hiring, onboarding, and training new Ops employees (warehouse and in store)Oversee bike building team,QualityEnsure QC procedure is followedEnsure Feedback forms are followed up on and action items are takenActively seeks out training for builders, especially on new products or proceduresQuantityWork with Regional Director to understand KPIs for the build teamWork with the lead bike builder to create action plans to address build concernsOversee inventory managementInbound/outbound receiving and operationsPhysical storage spaceAssist with cycle counts, RTV, and transfers as neededNon-Inventory vendor management and oversightOversee transfer schedule and routesMake sure transfers are operating effectively (including covering for the driver)Vehicle fleet oversightRetail & Cross-Functional SupportLocalized operations supportAssist with cycle counts, inventory adjustments, or other operational duties where neededFill in for key Ops needs when Managers are on PTO or simply behind (e.g. when new managers are hired or a store is missing key staff)Oversee negative inventory, past due transfers, partial payments, etc.Identify, implement and train staff on new processes - be boots on the ground after roll outWith a Ci lens, diagnose bottlenecks in ops processes between stores and spearheadDemo policy, safety procedures, etc…Collaborate with regional training manager to implement new operational processesManage projects with vendors, contractors, property management companies, building owners, and regulatory agencies.I.e.
