Licensed Mental Health Therapist - College Station

We are seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist in the College Station area to help patients achieve this mission. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. Assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and track outcomes using a measurement‑based care approach. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination and crisis intervention. Provide after‑hours urgent support and schedule appointments in a hybrid onsite/telehealth model. Qualifications Fully licensed in Texas (LCSW, LPC or LMFT). Passion for high‑quality care and experience with children and adolescents. Proficiency in EMR systems and accurate documentation. Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities and ability to work with a general spectrum of conditions. At least one year of professional psychotherapy experience.
