Shift: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician II to support commercial and industrial HVAC systems in a fast-paced facility environment. This is a hands-on role for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working independently, and ensuring critical equipment operates safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair AC units, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, and ventilation systems

• Monitor system performance and conduct operational tests, readings, and analysis

• Maintain and support chillers, boilers, kitchen equipment, and refrigeration systems (preferred experience)

• Work with building automation systems (BMS/DDC) to ensure system efficiency and reliability

• Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and complete detailed service documentation

• Perform refrigerant handling, recovery, brazing, charging, and system startups/shutdowns

• Maintain logs for equipment performance, refrigerant usage, filters, belts, and preventive maintenance activities

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies

• Maintain clean work areas, organized tools, and properly stocked service vehicles

• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required

• Certified 2-year HVAC technical program or state-approved HVAC license preferred

• EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification required

• Valid driver’s license required

• Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC equipment

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents

• Ability to complete accurate service reports and maintenance documentation

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
