Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

Clinician – Healthcare

Schedule: 40 hours a week; primarily Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Contract Length: 13 weeks

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to an average of 14 patients per day.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and prevention.
