Mechanical Design Lead / SolidWorks Engineer / Hands-On Manufacturing Innovator

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager, you'll take ownership of cutting-edge accessibility design projects from initial concept through production-splitting your time between high-level CAD work and being elbow-deep on the shop floor. What You'll Be Doing as Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer

• Leading design projects using SolidWorks from concept through production
• Overseeing prototype development and production integration
• Collaborating with shop technicians to refine manufacturability
• Driving project timelines, technical documentation, and compliance
• Owning the success of your engineering solutions on the floor and beyond

About You

• Must be legally authorized for long-term U.S. employment without requiring sponsorship
• Able to work on-site in Randolph, NY
• Confident leading design projects with minimal supervision
• Skilled at translating design into manufacturable solutions on-site
• Comfortable managing cross-functional communication across teams
• Naturally hands-on: you're just as happy on the shop floor as on the computer
