The IT Director is a working director responsible for both hands-on technology operations and strategic leadership of the organization's information technology systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and digital services. This position requires direct involvement in daily IT support, system administration, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, project execution, and technology planning to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations.
