What You’ll Do

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver fast, friendly service.

• Prepare delicious drinks and food according to our quality standards.

• Learn all positions and work together to keep service running smoothly.

• Keep workstations stocked, clean, organized, and ready for the next rush.

• Take ownership of your responsibilities, complete assigned tasks, and use downtime productively.

• Support your teammates, communicate effectively, and bring a positive attitude to every shift.

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, welcoming attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Dependability, punctuality, and accountability.

• Someone who takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities.

• The ability to multitask, work as a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A willingness to accept feedback, grow, and help others succeed.

• Availability to work at least 8 hours per week.

No coffee experience? No problem! We provide training to help you build your skills and confidence.

What We Offer

• Barista $11–$12 per hour, Shift Lead $12-13 per hour and Designated Store Lead $14-$16 per hour. Plus Tips

• Flexible scheduling, with shifts ranging from 2–8 hours.

• Free drinks and one-half off a food item while on shift.
