$140,000-$180,000 total earning potential (base salary + commission)

RealVestor Partners is a locally owned real estate investment company buying off-market properties directly from sellers across Richmond and Hampton Roads. We're growing and hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to run seller appointments, negotiate deals, and get contracts signed.

What you'll do:

• Run in-home and virtual appointments with motivated sellers
• Negotiate directly and write offers that get accepted
• Analyze property values to make fast, confident offers
• Close 2-3 deals per month

What you'll earn:

• Base salary plus 10% commission on every acquisition (average deal ~$28,500 = ~$4,275 per deal to you)
• Additional commission opportunity on dispositions
• Realistic $140,000-$180,000/year at 2-3 closed deals per month - no ceiling from there

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue off-market real estate opportunities to expand our investment portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and motivated sellers.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to secure profitable deals.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze market trends and identify potential investment opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the volume of successful acquisitions.
• Track and report on acquisition activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Provide expert guidance and support to sellers throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate acquisitions, particularly in off-market wholesale deals.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing profitable real estate transactions.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and motivated sellers.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to provide expert guidance and support to sellers.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to increase acquisition volume.
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting acquisition activities to align with company goals.
