  • Provide individualized therapy by assessing clients' needs and developing customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and behavioral assessments to inform your therapeutic approach.

  • Utilize a broad range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to meet the unique needs of clients.

  • Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.

  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

  • At least two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
