Location: Longview, Texas - East Texas | Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 | Compensation: $225,000 – $250,000 | Earning Potential Up to $300,000+

A well-established and collaborative anesthesia team at a Level II Trauma Center in Longview, Texas is seeking experienced CRNAs to join their highly skilled and supportive group. This is an outstanding hospital-employed W-2 opportunity offering a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling options, no call requirements, and one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in East Texas. Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 annually
• Earning Potential: Up to $300,000+ annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000
• Overtime Pay for hours above 40 per week
• Shift Differentials: Evening, night, and weekend - stackable for maximum earnings
• Holidays paid at 1.5x rate

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification - required
• Active Texas CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical skills across a wide variety of surgical specialties
• Epidural and spinal proficiency - required for optional OB cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
