* You choose how many hours you work! Minimum commitment 28 hours per week, maximum commitment 40 hours per week. Pay range listed is for full time.
* Weekly paid mentorship with owners/senior therapists for 1 year!

* Therapists do not have to work a 5 day work week although some afterschool hours are required of all therapists.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
* WA Occupational Therapy License
* 2 years of experience as an OT (preferably in pediatrics) is preferred, however clinicians new to pediatrics will be considered if they have had a pediatric fieldwork experience and produce very strong professional references.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to maintain timely documentation
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* High levels of professional accountability and high ethical standards

Responsibilities:

* Evaluate individuals 0-21 year to determine the need for occupational therapy services
* Develop treatment plans and administer therapy services to individuals ages 0-21
* Complete daily notes, progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries in a timely fashion meeting all insurance and licensure requirements
* Provide consistent caregiver education to support therapy goals
* Collaborate with members of the patient's care team as necessary in a timely fashion
* Maintain cleanliness of therapy areas and office areas used by the clinician
* Possibility of COTA supervision

We will consider both full time or part time (minimum 0.7 FTE) hours for the right candidate to provide in-person therapy services The ideal candidate will be skilled addressing therapeutic needs related to sensory processing disorders, sensory feeding issues, ADHD, autism, developmental delays, learning disabilities, executive functioning skills, and have experience working with children with behavioral challenges.
