Southwest Healthcare Services is seeking an outstanding  Registered Nurse to join our nursing team in Bowman, North Dakota.

This full-time position works 12-hour night shifts and provides nursing care across hospital and long-term-care settings. The role offers broad clinical experience caring for patients throughout the lifespan in a collaborative, community-focused healthcare environment.

Qualified candidates are eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus , relocation assistance, 90 days of free housing , and up to $15,000 in student loan repayment assistance .

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Complete charting, documentation, assessments, and individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient and resident conditions and communicate significant changes.
• Support daily hospital and long-term-care operations.
• Protect patient and resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, equipment, and supplies.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, nursing assistants, and ancillary staff.
• Participate in staff education and quality-improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing is required.
• BLS certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• At least one year of nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in hospital and long-term-care environments.
