Project Coordinator

Compensation: $25.00–$30.00+/hr + Vehicle Allowance + Gas Card + Benefits Support Commercial HVAC Projects from Planning Through Execution An established commercial mechanical services organization is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project operations, scheduling, procurement, and customer coordination efforts. This role works closely with project teams, operations, sales, vendors, and customers to help ensure projects move efficiently, contractual commitments are met, and customers receive a high level of service throughout project execution. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting construction and mechanical projects.
