Bilingual Accounting Intern - Spanish & English

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Intern (Bilingual Spanish/English) to support our Corporate Accounting team during Summer 2026 . This role is within the corporate finance function and will focus on supporting accounting activities for the Latin America (LATAM) region .

The intern will gain hands-on experience in multinational accounting operations, financial reporting, and cross-border collaboration in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities for LATAM entities
• Assist with preparation and review of account reconciliations and financial schedules
• Track project costs, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions
• Support revenue and expense analysis in accordance with company accounting policies
• Assist with audit support, internal controls documentation, and compliance requests
• Partner with regional finance teams to resolve accounting inquiries
• Translate and communicate accounting-related information in Spanish and English
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Sophomore or Junior standing preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multinational environment
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
