Position Summary Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort is hiring a part-time Lead Generator in Rancho Cordova, CA to start conversations that turn into qualified HVAC appointments. This entry-level, onsite role supports our sales pipeline by collecting accurate customer information and creating interest in an in-home visit. Key Responsibilities Proactively greet and engage every passerby in a retail setting Ask discovery questions, explain next steps, and capture consent to be contacted Enter lead details into a mobile app and submit clean, complete records Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-focused approach Required Qualifications/skills Prior sales or lead generation experience preferred Confident, friendly communicator who can speak with a high volume of people Comfortable standing for the full shift and working independently Reliable personal transportation and a cell phone for app entry Pay is $16.90–$25/hr; schedule is flexible. Your Typical Shift You arrive at your assigned location, set up your area, and review the day’s goals. As foot traffic builds, you stay visible and approachable, making steady, respectful conversation with shoppers and keeping your pace consistent. Between interactions, you quickly log notes in the app, confirm details for accuracy, and reset for the next introduction.
