As part of our team, you'll manage high-quality retrofit and replacement installations, mentor a skilled team of technicians, and have the opportunity to shape processes, influence projects, and grow with a company that values your expertise.Position Overview:We are seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation team, ensuring that residential retrofit and replacement projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management, project coordination, and direct involvement in installation operations.Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 plus bonusesKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of HVAC installation technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.Plan, schedule, and oversee residential swap-out and retrofit installations from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and service teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and exceptional customer experiences.Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance technical skills, productivity, and adherence to best practices.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.Conduct quality inspections on installations and provide feedback to technicians to maintain high standards.Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, material tracking, and time management.Available on Saturdays and evenings when needed.Qualifications:CT D1, S2, or S1 license a plusMinimum of 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing more than 2 technicians.Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC replacement and retrofit systems.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Valid driver's license; ability to travel to job sites as needed.We don't just offer jobs—we build careers.
