Position Summary

The Construction Project Manager III oversees the full lifecycle of construction and renovation projects for government facilities. You'll manage scope, budget, and schedule while leading on-site efforts to ensure quality, compliance, and success.
What You'll Do

• Manage projects from planning through closeout
• Oversee field operations and contractor performance
• Review designs, schedules, and cost estimates
• Ensure compliance with safety and contract standards
• Support commissioning, punch lists, and turnover
• Prepare scopes, reports, and project documentation
• Coordinate with stakeholders and lead project meetings
• Travel for site inspections and evaluations

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of construction and building systems
• Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project planning
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency with project management tools
