Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring CV experience and a compact or LA RN license.
Details
- Operating Room unit with 7 rooms handling 10-25 cases per day
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Call required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Weekend rotation of 2 weekends per 6-week schedule
Requirements
- Active RN license (LA or Compact) required
- BLS certification required (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
- CV experience required
Additional Information
- May be assigned to an Emergency Team requiring on-site presence during emergency events
- Holiday coverage required for 2 of 4 designated holiday periods: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
- Green scrubs provided
- First-time travelers considered if they have sufficient OR experience
- Must reside 65+ miles from the facility to qualify for the travel position
