Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 13 Number of Staff 40 Type of staff: Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Minimum staffing is 1 Charge/ 2 RNs/ 1 CST Night Shift Minimum Staffing is 1 Charge/ 2 RNs/ 1 CST Patient Ratios mostly 1:1 AWHONN Guidelines adhered to Type of equipment GE EFMEMR CPN and Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care L&D RN experience BLS, ACLS and NRP Must be able to Circulate for C-Sections Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Prior Meditech experience Strong OB Triage skills List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Triage/ Evaluate OB patients; manage labor patients; oversee recovery of Vaginal and C-sections deliveries Manage IOL with Cervidil/ cytotec/ Pitocin Best personality Fit: Team player this is a small but busy unit
