ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I had a background in sales and hospitality, including working with PSA leads and handling AV setups for conferences. After relocating to the area, I eventually made the move into agency ownership and havent looked back.

Outside of the office, Im a big family person. I've been married for 15 years with three boys (14, 12, and 9), all named after Dodgers legends. Im a huge baseball fan, especially of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and I love music as well. Earlier in life, I toured with bands and traveled all over, which sparked my passion for collecting and exploring new places. These days, I enjoy traveling with my family and making the most of that time together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Randy Shoemaker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
