Job Title Logistics Specialist (Hybrid) Location Greenville, NC Compensation & Schedule Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 per year based on experience Schedule: Shift 1st – Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexible) (Hybrid) Responsibilities Implementation of designs and assisting operations management with continuous improvement; providing proposal support, data gathering and analysis, and acquiring product knowledge; adhering to process methodologies. Involvement in the design and engineering of supply‑chain services that include network analysis, transportation, distribution management, strategy, multi‑client and process management. Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to listen, write, and speak effectively; inform, explain, and give instructions. Ability to perform process definition. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Demonstrates analytical skills. Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering or Business. One (1) year or more industry‑related experience required.
