Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor

Lead with Purpose as a Behavioral Health Technician SupervisorAs a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor (Internal Title: Community Living Instructor Supervisor) you'll play a critical leadership role in supporting individuals receiving behavioral health services in residential or community-based programs. You'll supervise a team of Behavioral Health Technicians (Community Living Instructors), oversee daily operations, and ensure that client care meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with a Monday–Friday schedule.Flexibility is required, including the ability to provide emergency shift coverage or respond to urgent issues as needed.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role, is passionate about team development, and values creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals living with behavioral health diagnoses.
