Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic hospitality-minded Cocktail Server to join our team. As a Cocktail Server, you'll command a busy floor, guiding guests through their experience.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service
• Anticipate and address guest needs and concerns
• Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of guests
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support other servers and kitchen staff in duties as required
• Complete all side work as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Minimum of 1-year server experience required
• Excellent customer service and people skills required
• Active TABC certification required
• Prior POS systems experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Beverage knowledge - confidence to guide guests through our selections
• Comfort in expediting – ensure guests consistently receive the correct items

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
