Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide speech-language pathology services to students in a school setting, supporting their communication development and academic success. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and implementing interventions for speech and language disorders within a K-12 environment.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students' speech and language abilities through formal and informal assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
Document session outcomes and progress notes accurately and timely.
Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs and comply with educational standards.
Maintain licensure and adhere to all regulatory and school district policies.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid Clinical Fellowship Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) license.
Demonstrate experience working with K-12 students in a school environment.
Possess strong assessment and diagnostic skills in speech and language disorders.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Be available to start ASAP and commit to the duration through June 2027.
Maintain a professional, student-focused approach and adhere to confidentiality standards.
