Veterinarian for Clinical Director

Join our team at Veterinary Referral Surgical Practice in Roswell, GA and take on the role of Clinical Director. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with our surgeons to lead and shape the clinical direction of our practice, providing compassionate high-quality care and expertise. Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead team of vet assistants and licensed techs to provide the best care for patients pre and post surgery
• Work with surgeons to coordinate receiving, rechecks, surgery prep, induction, monitoring, recovery, pack prep and discharge of surgery patients
• Help team grow thru education and experience
• Assist with interviewing new candidates for the team
• Be responsible of supply, surgical and drug inventories
• Be responsible for equipment maintenance reporting and coordination.

Required Skills:

• Experienced DVM licensed in Georgia
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Experience with small animals (dogs and cats)
• Proficient in anesthesia 
• Ability to handle urgent and emergency care situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with X-Rays/CT
• Strong surgical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $140,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $160,000.00
