Banquet Captain

Location: GA, MHR Atlanta Galleria, 200 Interstate North Pkwy SE, Atlanta, GA 30339, USA Minimum 3 years of Banquet Captain experience in a hotel banquet setting. Shift Times: Open flexibility required to work AM/PM on weekdays & weekends, hours may vary based on business needs. Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest service to all customers. Lead the team with motivation and direction and ensure all standards of quality are in place. Greet guests and accommodate all guests’ needs at the attendance of an event. Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests as needed. Assist other servers during peak periods in delivering food and guest requests. Equip to host large-scale events for 500 to 1,200 guests. Train others on serving plated and reception style meal services. Anticipate guests’ needs and monitor the dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests. Oversee setup, execution, and clean‑up for all events. Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events. Ensure all service areas are kept clean and safe at all times. Relieve banquet manager and operate the department. Salary $27.80 to $33.36 per hour. This facility does not offer Tip Point.
