The overnight hours are about more than keeping watch, they're about providing reassurance, compassionate care, and a safe environment while residents rest. If you're a CNA who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule: Part-Time Nights 10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

Pay $19.46–$21.74/hour +$1.50/hour night shift differential +$1.50/hour weekend differential Consistent part-time schedule

Your Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care and overnight needs
Monitor resident safety and comfort throughout the night
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
Communicate resident observations to the nursing team
Help maintain a calm, clean, and secure environment

Qualifications

Current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Compassionate and dependable with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team
Commitment to providing exceptional care for older adults
