The overnight hours are about more than keeping watch, they're about providing reassurance, compassionate care, and a safe environment while residents rest. If you're a CNA who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule: Part-Time Nights 10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

Pay $19.46–$21.74/hour +$1.50/hour night shift differential +$1.50/hour weekend differential Consistent part-time schedule

Your Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and overnight needs
• Monitor resident safety and comfort throughout the night
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Communicate resident observations to the nursing team
• Help maintain a calm, clean, and secure environment

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate and dependable with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team
• Commitment to providing exceptional care for older adults
