Job Overview Construction Estimator position responsible for estimating and pre‑construction activities for a variety of commercial and government construction projects. Reliable, hard‑working individuals that take pride in their work are encouraged to apply. Employment Details Salary: $110,000.00 yearly (competitive base salary based on experience) Type: Full‑time Vehicle: Company vehicle or vehicle allowance provided Responsibilities • Estimate costs and prepare pre‑construction documentation for projects. • Work closely with project teams and stakeholders during the pre‑construction phase. • Perform estimates on time and maintain accuracy aligned with company goals.
