ANNA Autism Care is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This is a remote position based in Canada, with core working hours aligned to US Eastern Time. The role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000–$110,000 CAD (approximately $65,000–$80,000 USD), flexible PTO, and a full-time contractor arrangement via Canadian Contractor of Record.

About ANNA: ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is a high-growth healthcare startup dedicated to providing joyful, evidence-based, and neuroaffirming care for autistic children. They operate six centers across Massachusetts and Missouri, focusing on center-based ABA services for young autistic children using a neurodiversity-affirming approach.

Position Overview: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will own full-cycle recruiting across ANNA's three hiring lanes: BCBAs (Clinical Supervisors), Clinical Directors, and Corporate/Support roles. This role requires sourcing candidates directly, running structured phone screens, coordinating multi-round interview loops, building and maintaining scorecards and hiring documentation, extending and negotiating offers, and managing the operational backbone of ANNA's recruiting function.

What You'll Do:

• Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Own proactive sourcing for BCBA and Clinical Director searches, build and maintain evergreen pipelines for BCBAs, source and screen for corporate/support roles, and maintain sourcing performance data.
• Screening & Interview Operations: Conduct structured phone screens, coordinate end-to-end interviews, administer take-home case studies for corporate/support roles, draft and maintain role scorecards, and manage all candidate communication.
• Offers & Closing: Extend offers, manage the offer-to-start pipeline, track and improve offer acceptance rates.
• Recruiting Operations & Infrastructure: Own Ashby (ATS) administration, build and maintain recruiting SOPs, produce weekly pipeline reporting, and use AI tooling as part of the job.

Qualifications:

• Required: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, significant in-house experience, success recruiting licensed healthcare clinicians, proven direct-sourcing capability, experience extending and negotiating offers, strong recruiting operations skills, demonstrated AI fluency, ability to work core US Eastern hours.
• Preferred: Experience recruiting BCBAs, ABA clinicians, or behavioral health professionals specifically, experience with Ashby or comparable modern ATS platforms, experience recruiting for multi-state or multi-site healthcare organizations, experience supporting international hiring, experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
