We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Owner Operators with cargo vans or Sprinter vans to join our team on our Dedicated FedEx Contract . At B&A Expedite, you’ll play a vital role in delivering packages safely and on time. Key Responsibilities
- Show up to the facility on time and ready to work
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate routes and schedules
- Maintain your vehicle and adhere to all safety and compliance regulations
- Loading your van with your routes packages and deliver in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen 7+ years
- Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver’s license held for at least 5 years
- Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check
- Clean criminal history (no exceptions — this includes any misdemeanor or felony, no matter how old or minor)
- Clean driving record with fewer than 3 violations and no felonies
- Must own a 2018 or newer cargo van or Sprinter van with valid commercial insurance 300k auto liability 100k cargo
- Pervious last mile delivery service
- Comfortable with utilizing FedEx scanner for each package delivery
- Comfortable delivering package to doorstep, backdoor, and garage

- What is the year, make and model of the sprinter van or cargo van you own?
- Do you currently hold active insurance coverage of $300,000 auto liability and $100,000 cargo coverage?
- Do you have any related experience in the freight industry? If so, how long?
