What You'll Do

As a Licensed Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake and diagnostic assessments to establish medical necessity for CBI and Peer Support services.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans to support client goals.
• Assessing client progress and adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional and ethical standards.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated professional who meets the following qualifications:

• Licensure: Active and valid therapist license in the state of Kansas.
• Experience: No experience required; training is provided (clinical supervision offered).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with clients. Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Commitment: A passion for helping others and a dedication to ethical, client-centered care.
