The Position Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned) Install, program, and commission building automation systems (BAS) Configure and troubleshoot controllers, devices, and control networks Perform diagnostics, service calls, and ongoing maintenance Collaborate with installation teams to ensure systems are operational and optimized Support multi-site or potentially single-site dedicated customer environments Deliver strong technical service with clear communication to clients and internal stakeholders Assist with system optimization, integration across platforms, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Hands‑on BAS or controls experience Strong troubleshooting and field service capability Experience with at least one major BAS platform such as Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Distech, or Niagara Ability to work independently in installation and service environments Demonstrated employment stability and reliability Education and Experience Technical training or equivalent hands‑on experience in building automation or controls systems Experience with programming, commissioning, and servicing BAS systems preferred Exposure to multiple platforms and environments is highly valued Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Adaptability to learn multiple BAS platforms and technologies Effective communication and customer‑facing ability High level of accountability and professionalism Collaborative mindset with the ability to support cross‑functional teams Work Environment Field‑based role across commercial and industrial facilities Mix of project work, service calls, and potential dedicated on‑site assignments Team‑oriented culture with strong local collaboration supported by enterprise infrastructure Compensation Competitive compensation structure aligned with market conditions and individual experience Performance‑based incentives and additional earning opportunities Comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta Diversified, Inc.
