Assignment Details Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 12 hour shifts Hours per week: 36 Start Date: ASAP Job Responsibilities Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
