Regional Sales Manager for Central US in Commercial Roofing

This is a full-time, Regional Sales Manager role for the Central US, based in Northern Illinois. The Regional Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by managing a strong independent representative network and expanding relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and building owners. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new opportunities, conducting in-person sales calls, jobsite and facility visits, and delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations. Requirements 3 years of commercial roofing sales and management experience in the Midwest Based in Northern Illinois Overnight travel Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in regional or territory sales management, ideally within commercial roofing. Familiarity with technical product specifications, commercial roofing systems, and warranty or coating programs is highly beneficial. Comfort presenting to groups, conducting product demonstrations, and representing the company at trade shows and industry events. Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and digital communication platforms. Ability to travel regularly throughout the Central US region, including overnights as needed.
