Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time) Gainesville (Heathcote) & Manassas, VA
$87,000–$100,000 + Monthly Bonus

Supportive Team. Flexible Schedule. Opportunity to Grow.
We are a privately owned physical therapy practice seeking a dedicated and personable Physical Therapist to join our team in Gainesville (Heathcote) or Manassas, Virginia.

Whether you're an experienced clinician or a motivated new graduate seeking mentorship, we'd love to meet you.

Why Join Us?

Culture Matters
Our clinicians consistently tell us they value:

• Supportive team environment
• Flexible scheduling
• Strong mentorship
• Professional growth opportunities
• Relaxed, positive workplace culture
• Supportive management team

Treat Patients, Not Productivity Metrics

Our full-time therapists average approximately 11.5 patient visits per day , with most clinicians typically seeing between 8-15 patients daily. This allows time to build meaningful relationships, provide individualized care, and focus on patient outcomes rather than simply moving patients through the schedule.

You'll also be supported by PT technicians, allowing you to focus on evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and clinical decision-making.

Diverse Clinical Experience

Our caseload includes:

• Orthopedics
• Vestibular rehabilitation
• Balance and fall prevention
• Neurological rehabilitation
• Concussion management
• Aquatic therapy opportunities

If you're interested in developing specialty expertise, we'll help you get there.

Mentorship & Career Growth

We believe great therapists never stop learning.

New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and support throughout their transition into practice.

Leadership opportunities and specialty program development are available for clinicians interested in expanding their role.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $87,000–$100,000
• Monthly bonus program (up to 6% of gross wages)
• Unlimited MedBridge access
• Company-supported specialty certifications
• SIMPLE IRA with 3% employer match
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance (50% employer contribution)
• Paid time off and paid holidays
