Hemodialysis RN Career Opportunity Join Encompass Health as a Hemodialysis RN where you will provide essential care to dialysis patients during their rehabilitation. You will deliver compassionate, tailored care to individuals with kidney disease, using cutting‑edge technology in a supportive, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to inpatients needing hemodialysis. Supervise care and treatments, conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build rewarding relationships with patients, addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment handling, and standards of care. Qualifications Current RN license as required by state regulations. CPR certification. ACLS certification within 1 year of hire. CRRN certification preferred; assistance available. Minimum 6 months dialysis nursing experience. Preferred: 1 year inpatient hospital experience.
