Join our dynamic kitchen team at Addison's - South as a Part-Time Line Cook! In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with our Chef and Sous Chef to prepare delicious meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role offers the opportunity to hone your culinary skills in a supportive atmosphere within a vibrant restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients and dishes according to recipes and Chef's directions.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Food Safety: Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene standards to guarantee quality and safety of all food items.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the Chef, Sous Chef, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
