Customer Service Associate I

Job Overview We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and recommendations. Manage sales transactions and operate the assigned cash register. Maintain the security of cash and protect company assets. Keep the store well-stocked, recover merchandise, and ensure products are displayed properly. Receive and unload merchandise, stock replenishment according to productivity standards. Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required. Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required. Strong organizational and communication skills required. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required.
