About the Position

Job Title

RN - Operating Room (Ortho/Spine)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Variable shift start between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM | On-call required: 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 7 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care for orthopedic and spine surgical procedures
• Function in scrub and/or circulating roles within the operating room environment
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout all phases of the surgical experience
• Adhere to on-call scheduling requirements, including evening and weekend coverage as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in an operating room setting
• Demonstrated experience with orthopedic and/or spine surgical procedures
• Ability to work variable day shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• Availability for on-call obligations as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in both scrub and circulating roles within the OR
• Familiarity with a high-volume surgical environment
