AI Project Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to ensure our technology initiatives remain aligned with evolving business needs. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead complex, cross-functional projects while driving delivery excellence in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple teams using advanced planning, facilitation, negotiation, and dependency management techniques.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept through implementation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups, to ensure smooth execution across the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to break down complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives into prioritized, actionable plans.
• Provide clear and consistent visibility into project status, risks, and progress for both team members and stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues; develop and execute effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate releases across multiple teams and environments, ensuring alignment with organizational timelines and operational readiness.
• Drive decision-making in ambiguous situations by balancing priorities, risks, and trade-offs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant IT project and/or program management experience.
• Proven experience in hybrid roles combining Program/Delivery Management, Scrum Master responsibilities, and Release Management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) with the ability to adapt practices to suit project needs rather than enforce rigid frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at the executive level.
• Experience coordinating enterprise-level releases and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and operational readiness practices.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and make informed decisions with incomplete information.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Atlanta,GA.
