We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting daily cash positioning, bank account monitoring, lender and borrowing base reporting, and treasury controls documentation. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of cash operations, and the ability to produce accurate, timely treasury reporting.

How you'll make an impact

• Prepare and monitor daily cash positions, cash transfers, and bank account activity, with documented review evidence
• Support borrowing base and lender reporting requirements to help maintain funding facility compliance
• Assist with liquidity forecasting, including cash flow projections and variance analysis
• Maintain treasury reconciliations and supporting documentation for audit and compliance readiness
• Support banking access reviews and payment control evidence in line with treasury policies
• Provide first-pass review of recurring treasury workpapers and reporting
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury leadership to ensure accuracy and consistency across cash and funding reporting
• Support ad hoc treasury projects, process improvements, and audit or compliance requests

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• 1-3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting (relevant internship experience considered)
• Working understanding of cash management, banking operations, and reconciliations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with treasury or banking systems a plus
• Experience with Kyriba preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
