About the Position As a REHABNEEDS Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of diagnoses, injuries, and age groups while developing individualized plans of care designed to improve mobility, independence, function, and quality of life. You'll work alongside a supportive clinical team focused on excellent patient outcomes while having the independence to use your professional judgment and clinical skills. Primary Responsibilities Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy Develop individualized Plans of Care Provide evidence-based physical therapy and rehabilitation services Complete evaluation, progress, and treatment documentation through our EMR Maintain a treatment schedule appropriate to the needs of the clinic and patientsCollaborate with clinicians and clinic team members Participate in clinic meetings as needed Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current or eligible Maryland or Virginia Physical Therapist license Current CPR certification Outpatient or home health experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Compensation Full-Time: $100,000–$170,000+ per year Want More Than Just a PT Job?
