Job Overview Sanford Health is recruiting a Phlebotomist for night shift work across the United States. Work shift: Night. Scheduled weekly hours: 32. Compensation: Salary Range: $19.46 - $25.11 per hour. Sign‑On Bonus Available. Union Position: Yes. Key Responsibilities Uses equipment to collect samples of blood and other fluids from patients. Explains procedures to patients and collects information from them professionally. Collects and manages samples of blood and specimens from patients, ensuring patient safety during the sample collection process. Records and documents patient information accurately. Follows all standard procedures and safety regulations; deploys asepsis techniques during phlebotomy procedures. Communicates with patients, collecting their health information and answering their questions regarding phlebotomy procedures. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent required. Previous work experience in a medical setting is beneficial. Basic knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology. BLS training required.
