Local CDL-A Driver - PTO accrues from day one

This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.

• $18 per hour
• Holiday pay per day: $230

Automatically Applied Eligible Activities:

• Daily tenure rate*: $3 - $36 per day after one year of service
• Cent per mile rate: $0.52
• Detention pay: $20-$24 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $35-$39 per stop
• Live load/unload per stop: $55 per stop
• Hazmat per load: $25
• LTL load: $35-$39 per stop
• New hire training pay: $24 per hour

Manually Entered & Manager Approved Eligible Activities:

• Crosstown: $15 per move
• Driver assist per load: $10 per event
• Empty move: $15 per move
• Dwell move: $20 per move
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20 per hour
• Refused delivery per stop: $39
• Truck order not used: $15 per event
• Rework pay: $31 per stop
• Spotting pay: $20 per hour
• Safety training and required meetings: $20-$24 per hour
• Minimum full day pay: $250 per day
• Rest breaks paid at the hourly rate, plus an additional amount for the activity-based bonus payment.
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $75,000
• Daily home time
