What You’ll Be Doing

Equipment Whisperer:

• Diagnose, repair, and install pool heaters (Hayward, Jandy, Pentair, Raypak, Gulfstream) with precision and efficiency.
• Service, troubleshoot, and install pumps, motors, filters, and control systems (iAqualink, Hayward OmniLogic, Pentair IntelliTouch).
• Identify root causes of system failures and implement lasting solutions.

Installation Excellence:

• Perform installations and upgrades for pool systems, including variable-speed pumps, saltwater systems, and automation panels.
• Calibrate and program control systems for seamless pool automation tailored to client needs.

Water Quality Champion:

• Test and balance pool chemical levels to ensure clean, safe, and pristine swimming conditions.
• Detect and resolve issues impacting water clarity and sanitation.

Customer Care Extraordinaire:

• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a way that builds trust and earns loyalty.
• Answer client questions with confidence and professionalism, leaving them informed and at ease.

Documentation Dynamo:

• Accurately log diagnostic details, repair actions, and recommendations in our service app (Skimmer).
• Ensure service reports meet company standards for thoroughness and clarity.

Client Interaction Superstar:

• Drive to client locations with a smile and a wave. You’ll answer their questions, schedule services, and leave them with nothing but rave reviews!

What Makes You the Perfect Fit

Required Experience:

• 5-10 years of pool industry experience diagnosing and repairing pool heaters, pumps, motors, and automation systems.
• Expertise with top manufacturers: Hayward, Jandy, Pentair, Moov, Raypak, and Gulfstream.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED.

Certifications (not required but good to have):

• Certified Service Professional (CSP)
• Hayward Technical Service Certification
• Pentair Service Technician Certification
• Jandy Pro Series Training & Certification
• Electrical Systems for Pool & Spa Technicians (PHTA)

Driver’s License:

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record—you’re our trusted road warrior!

Key Skills:

• Troubleshooting Mastery: Diagnosing issues with accuracy and implementing effective repairs.
• Strong Communication: You explain technical issues clearly to clients and team members.
• Detail-Oriented: Precision and care in your work—nothing slips past you.
