Workers' Compensation Lateral Partner Attorney Join MGC's Workers' Compensation Team in Alexandria, VA! We are currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our Workers' Compensation team in Alexandria. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of practice experience in workers' compensation defense and a portable book of business. Must be licensed to practice law in Virginia and DC. Maryland also preferred. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production. Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants The annualized salary range for this position is $120,000-$220,000. Actual pay will be determined based on total and relevant experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
