The qualified Visit Coaching Specialist will: Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs. Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches. Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary. The qualified Visit Coaching Specialist will have: Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle. Pass current, applicable clearances. Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
